My passion is people. Everything I do in my life is about people. From swimming lessons and rock climbing instructing in my younger years to human resources and therapy now, my pursuits involve people developing new skills and exploring their strengths and weaknesses. I am eager to help you in your journey of self discovery and personal growth.

With backgrounds in both therapy and human resources, I am prepared to assist you with challenges you are experiencing both at home or at work. You may find yourself struggling in your personal relationships or staying focused at work. Through a combination of tools, psychoeducation, and helpful insight you will have the know-how to confidently navigate the complexities of life.

Therapeutic Approaches

I offer effective, brief, solution focused therapy. Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Brief Therapy. Through my training and experience in human resources I have an understanding of benefit plans, and workplace environments and dynamics (unionized and non-unionized).
